Did you not think why would we ask you to select a stain colour for the front door and handrail and then not apply it? Common sense would tell you that is not correct, but I am sure you already know that as there is no evidence you were ever told anything different. David installed the tankless water heater and even helped remove some older pipe when installing the water softener. Everything was done in one day and at my convenience.Overall I am very happy with Provincial Smart Home and glad I went with them . I have not received any government rebate my water heater is in my garage and I got a tankless water heater, plus a water softener, plus a hepa filter system and insulated my attic. I am in need of legal representation now and I’ll reach out to the government of Canada home protection next. We love the changes and everyone comments on the staircase, our amazing kitchen and the high quality of workmanship in our new home.
They don't hesitate to take the money out each month. I did not receive all that they said they would do as per the contract. It's sad that in this day and age with all that's going on a company would scam people in order to get their business. Quick to "take" money but no movement on fulfilling their end of the agreement.
Build with Provincial Homes was our best decision
30th April Council tells Provincial Homes that DA has been lodged without proper documentation as provincial Homes was not aware that a landscape plan is also required during DA lodgement. Companies can't alter or remove reviews from ProductReview.com.au.

Vicky gave great advice at the colours appointment, which we appreciated and was prompt in responding to any queries and requests we had. Our site manager, Terry was helpful, always on time with site inspections and thorough in providing us with information at handover. Sharon is very efficient in managing the process and the paperwork. We found the staff at Provincial to be genuine. The build was completed early, the finishes are of a high quality and on budget.
Issues with buyouts to other vendors
Adam answered and I was amazed by this gentlemen, he didn’t give me the run around or I will call you back. He was straight to the point and direct, asked me to choose what design I wanted and to list what I wanted to modify. Within 3-4 days Adam had already prepared our tender, we are super impressed with his professionalism and momentum.
Well, if you’re looking for a high quality builder, then I’d certainly recommend it! They have multiple first class examples of where they have created beautiful homes worth of awards. While building your home should be a pretty straightforward process, there are some unusual ways that people have built things. For me – I’ve built digital assets from home that generate consistent cash flow for me. Building a new house won’t go according to plan, even in the best of times.
You can make a lot of different changes on the floor plan which most of other project builders can't do. They offer great value and product that comes with the home.The delivery was well managed and any defects were immediately rectified with the friendly team at Proven Professional Provincial Homes. In any case, a responsible builder would take all bad workmanship and defective work seriously and do the right thing to fix them within shortest possible time. So now we are left with grass and plants that are dying because we have no sprinkler system, a pile of dirt on our new lawn and pavers in a heap. I am so disappointed with Provincial after emailing them twice and calling the supervisor we have had no response at all. We feel like we have been left out to dry and not supported at all. Vid Doyle, who has been so approachable and knowledgeable with every detail till handover. He was always prompt at returning our calls and was always reassuring with the construction stage.
Installation was rapid and professional and completed with qualified plumbers and electricians.I am extremely happy I made the switch! I highly recommend Provincial Smart Home Service. Provincial was the first builder who would even humour us with the notion of floor plan changes.... After about 10 revisions spanning many months, plenty of long email exchanges and discussions, and the occasional but inevitable miscommunication, I truely appreciated George's patience and hard work!
I really had a good experience with provincial they were fast and efficient. By time I got the call within a couple of days everything was completed. The installation was completed within the same day. Recently purchased and installed 3 appliances provided by Provincial Smart Home. They where all very professional and knowledgeable.
